The role is primarily remote, with a hybrid expectation for those near an Ally office, and requires extensive travel and collaboration with dealers and internal teams
Job Summary
This role supports Ally's core Auto Finance business by providing virtual and in-person instructor-led training to dealer customers nationwide.
The specialist will facilitate training on dealership operations ranging from Variable and Fixed Ops management to compliance and sales & lease training.
Candidates must be willing to travel extensively and work with dealers and internal partners to identify and support training needs.
