CSL Behring is seeking a Customer Service & Administration Specialist in Budapest, Hungary, to facilitate operational, financial, and administrative processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and logistics, particularly in an international environment, complemented by strong MS Office and SAP skills

Job Summary

  • Act as the main customer service contact for hospitals, wholesalers, payers, and the 3PL provider, supporting deliveries and handling claims.
  • Manage sales orders in ERP, oversee bad debt and dunning, and maintain accurate master data.
  • Prepare financial and compliance reports, and support various administrative tasks including event coordination and vendor management.
