Job Summary

  • Provide 24x7 operational support for secure file transfer platforms, focusing on monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting across on-premise and cloud MFT environments.
  • Support IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG), Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi), and AXWAY MFT platforms, including issue resolution and partner transmission support.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to PERL, UNIX shell, and Windows batch/PowerShell scripts, and collaborate with L3/engineering teams to improve platform stability.
