5-8+ years IT operations experience
Managed Service Provider vendor management
AWS cloud consolidation and administration
JumpCloud identity platform administration
Multi-site network infrastructure management
Salesforce and NetSuite system administration

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems
Microsoft Azure or AWS certifications
M&A integration experience
Lab or manufacturing environment support
API and ETL tool knowledge
Key Requirements
5-8+ years progressive IT operations experience
Direct ownership of network and cloud environments
Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Google Workspace
Experience managing vendors against SLAs
Strong networking fundamentals including firewalls and VLANs
