BD prioritizes on-site collaboration with a requirement of at least 4 days per week in-office to foster creativity and innovation.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor of Science in Engineering
5 years Medical Device industry experience
Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams
Manage complex R&D project timelines
Drive go-to-market and launch strategy
Nice-to-have
PMP certification preferred
Experience with DFSS design processes
Global team leadership experience
Direct regulatory experience with 60601-1
Proficiency in Smartsheet or TeamCenter
Key Requirements
BS in Mechanical, Systems, Physics, Electrical, Biomedical, or Software
5+ years experience in Medical Device industry
PMP certification (preferred)
Willingness to travel 10-20% domestically and internationally
