The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of HR experience and a strong background in corporate HR environments, with a focus on problem resolution and talent management.

Job Summary
Primary point of contact for Human Resources related matters, this includes design and execution of HR strategies to support compensation, career development, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations and affirmative action.
Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk related to employment by investigating employee complaints, interpret and apply corporate policies with fairness and consistency, and ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws and regulations.
