Job Summary

  • To directly sell all FedEx products and services (domestic and international) to defined national account customers resulting in net additional revenue to FedEx, to assist FedEx management in the proper development and execution of sales strategies, and to find ways to sell this business at higher yields and profit margins that meet corporate objectives.
  • Develops and maintains account intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, marketplace and industry information, competitive information, and any other information deemed necessary by FedEx management.
  • Works with all FedEx resources (headquarters, stations, credit, bscs, etc.) to ensure ongoing revenue achievement and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements
