  • Primary responsibilities include conducting due diligence and environmental reviews of proposed and existing projects and portfolios to support our Independent Engineering (Lender’s Technical Advisory) and Owner’s Advisory services.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or related
  • environmental issues experience
  • USEPA air quality emissions test methods
  • Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems familiarity
  • Equator Principles familiarity
  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessments familiarity
  • Spill Prevention, Countermeasure, and Control plans familiarity
  • Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans familiarity
