  • Facilitate and implement Technical Programmes using the WVIC development programme approach to enhance community participation, ownership and sustainability of projects for the wellbeing of children, families and communities.
  • Support local partners in identifying needs, recognizing assets, and building capacity for effective project implementation and sustainability.
  • Represent WVI-C at District/Commune level, advocating for integration of project activities into local government plans and promoting collaborative relationships.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social development studies, or related field
  • 2 years’ experience in Public Health, Nutrition, WASH, Maternal and Child health
  • 2 years’ experience in education programming
  • 2 years’ experience with Children Adolescent and Youth programmes
  • Experience building relationships with local government and NGO partners
  • Experience handling training and workshops
  • Experience mobilizing resources and people for child development ownership
