Job Summary

  • Seeking an Agent Support Desk (IA existing contract) staff member who can solve critical issues and provide value for the future of our business.
  • Responsible for overall help desk operations, including phone support (first and second level), and coordinating with back-office organizations to handle inquiries and requests from sales representatives/agencies regarding existing contracts/maintenance services.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with team-determined remote work according to company guidelines (Working Better).
