Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years embedded software development experience
  • 2+ years technical leadership or management role
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and real-time firmware development
  • Proficiency in MQTT protocol
  • Strong understanding of embedded microcontrollers, peripherals, RTOS, and interrupt-driven design
  • Experience with board bring-up, device drivers, and bootloaders
  • Familiarity with digital/analog interfaces
  • Solid understanding of wireless networking protocols
  • Ability to read schematics and debug hardware-software integration issues
