Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Cert IV in WHS minimum qualification
Experience as Safety Advisor or Auditor
Expertise in National Audit Tool NAT
Self-Insurance compliance knowledge
Ability to present to Executive Leadership
Nice-to-have
Diploma in WHS highly desirable
Experience auditing SHW Management Systems
Familiarity with Australian Internal Auditing Standards
Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills
Mentoring capabilities for junior team members
Key Requirements
Cert IV in WHS (minimum)
Solid experience as Safety Advisor or Auditor
Experience in Self-Insured License Organisation preferred
