Job Summary

  • This role serves as the go-to person for local and global HR operations, onboarding, engagement activities, and internal HR communications.
  • The position supports Croatia and provides HR assistance to Hungary, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, and North Macedonia.
  • Candidates will drive local initiatives around culture, well-being, and diversity & inclusion while supporting annual people processes like performance reviews.
