Manages Airfield Representatives (ARs), including recruitment, contract negotiations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance to operating standards and protecting Air BP's reputation.
Provides technical support, operational input, and prepares annual operating budgets, monitoring performance against plan and planning capex spend.
