SAP S/4HANA project training expertise
Global stakeholder management in matrix org
Adult education and LMS implementation skills
Change Management alignment with OCM teams
Nice-to-have
Fluent German and English communication skills
Experience in pharmaceutical quality standards
Willingness to travel occasionally
Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
Key Requirements
More than 8 years experience in training program administration
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA / ERP project training
Fluent German and English language proficiency
