Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, monitoring vital signs, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a calm environment throughout the unit.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents

Key Requirements
Must possess a minimum 10th grade education
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
