The Associate Director – Launch Leader will participate in the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies, capacity management projects, and launch of new products for the Indy Device Assembly and Packaging (IDAP) site.
The Associate Director – Launch Leader will represent IDAP in discussions with external groups through various forums and meetings to support development of Site and Network plans.

Salary
Base: $127,500 - $187,000; Bonus/Equity: Company bonus (depending on performance); Benefits: Comprehensive benefit program
