Job Summary
Under general supervision of the RN and in collaboration with the patient and family, systematically and continually monitors the patient’s health status and implements the plan of care.
Performs routine tasks in patient care, including taking vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, and assisting with admissions and discharges.

Key Requirements
HS Diploma or GED required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
