The Credit & Collections Specialist will support markets managing collection portfolios and various aspects of collections including customer sensitive collection calls, delinquency letters, 3rd party agency placement, and credit review for new account set ups.
Responsibilities include monitoring email, performing related duties to complete processes, serving as a liaison to 3rd party collection agencies, and participating in monthly collection meetings.
The role requires processing credit applications, obtaining necessary approvals, and providing quality customer service to customers and Sales.
