Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Current Pharmacy license in state of practice
Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency or 3 years related specialty experience
Preferred Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Preferred completion of PGY2 Specialty Pharmacy Residency
