Job Summary

  • Float therapists are provided the training and resources to treat at outpatient clinic locations, no more than 45 minutes from their home.
  • Float Therapists are eligible for a generous sign-on bonus, $5/hour float premium and comprehensive benefits plan, in addition to flexible hours and schedule!
  • This position is eligible for a Sign on Bonus and $5 an hour float differential $10,000 sign on bonus for full time new hire or $5,000 sign on bonus for part time new hire (.5 FTE and above).

  • Establish and implement plan of care

  • Patient discharge planning and home programs
  • Complete required documentation and billing
  • Perform manual techniques and patient transfers
  • Utilize modalities and exercise equipment

Key Requirements

  • Physical Therapist license (Wisconsin or Illinois)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • No experience required
