The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient privacy and confidentiality

Key Requirements
