Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to support customer service and customer relations departments in multiple administration functions and processes, providing administrative services to benefit customers and colleagues.
Key accountabilities include completion and management of administrative tasks such as logging complaints, responding to inquiries, providing call downloads, administering bereavement contacts, simple payment transactions, and managing mailboxes.
The role holder is expected to work within teams, hold good relationships with stakeholders, and ensure customer activity requirements are met and service level agreements are achieved.
