Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of privacy or abuse immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs while maintaining a calm environment.
