Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Python backend services and async workflows
React/TypeScript for admin UIs
GCP services: BigQuery, Firestore, Pub/Sub
Design and scale distributed systems
SQL and data modelling skills
Manage onshore and offshore development teams
Nice-to-have
Experience with media platforms
Familiarity with ML/AI classification
Exposure to Airflow/Dagster/Prefect
High-throughput scheduling or rules engines
