This role supports property management professionals in achieving occupancy and retention goals through administrative tasks related to leasing, marketing, and customer service.
Responsibilities include assisting with sales and leasing, lease preparation, resident move-ins/outs, and coordinating resident functions to ensure satisfaction.
The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including on-call duties for after-hours emergencies.

Salary
Base: $17.75 - $17.85 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs; Benefits: 401(k) with Company Match, Employee Assistance Program, Paid sick time
