Job Summary
Lead a small PgM team and personally own critical cross-functional programs across Norton, Avast, and other Gen products, turning cyber safety strategy into coordinated, measurable outcomes.
Manage and coach PgMs working across domains, setting standards for PgM craft, communication, and stakeholder management, while fostering a calm, outcome-driven culture.
Partner with Product Strategy & Ops on planning and governance, representing PgM in cross-functional forums and advocating for clarity and realistic commitments.
