Must-have

  • Ph.D. in computational or biological sciences
  • Less than 2 years post-degree experience
  • Proficiency in PyTorch and RDKit libraries
  • Experience with RFDiffusion and ProteinMPNN
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • GPU-accelerated workflow experience

Nice-to-have

  • Antibody design or protein engineering experience
  • Fine-tuning foundation models on biased datasets
  • Reinforcement learning or Bayesian optimization
  • Molecular dynamics physics-based simulations
  • Cloud deployment with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with antibody developability properties
