  • This role involves planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities, assisting with transportation arrangements, and maintaining communication among employees, residents, families, and support personnel.
  • The position requires frequent physical activity including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and provides reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
