Job Summary
This role will be expected to lead and manage the insurance operations of retail life, HNW life and GI business covering contact centre, new business underwriting and ops, policy servicing and claims.
The Head of Operations will provide strategic leadership to ensure delivery of excellent customer service experience and operations efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
The role involves driving operational efficiency through process review, transformation, automation, and managing implementation of IT solutions, as well as supporting new product launches and corporate initiatives.
