Base: 93,418.00 – 135,450.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, 401(k) plan with matching, Paid parental leave, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays

Project management of capital improvement projects
Managing design, permitting, and construction processes
Proficiency with project management tools
On-site client-facing position
Strong organization and leadership skills
Experience with MEPSF systems management
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have
Experience with energy and carbon related projects
Knowledge of HVAC and renewable systems architecture
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
5+ years project or construction management experience
3+ years managing MEPSF technical infrastructure
PMP certification or ability to pursue
Certification in PE, AIA, LEED, or CMAA considered asset
