Job Summary

  • Develops and delivers complex technical training and educational programs such as multi-discipline technical training, complex technical course development, advanced technical on-the-job training for external customers and internal employees, direct product sales training, or business development curriculum.
  • Collaborates with internal clients to assess, develop and implement training and development solutions to help Product Service lines achieve specific business objectives and solutions.
  • Ensures the correct/safe use and handling of department tools and equipment.
