Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for CRM, Account Working platform, Customer Portal, and other engagement solutions.
Uphold privacy and regulated-environment requirements (e.g., GDPR/CCPA, GxP basics), ensure audit trails and access reviews, and maintain documentation and runbooks.
