Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in Health Information Management or coding certification
  • CPC certification from AAPC
  • Minimum 5 years ICD-10-CM, CPT/HCPC outpatient coding experience
  • Minimum 5 years coding auditing and validation experience
