Must-have
Structural scheming and design
Seismic design knowledge
Finite Element software proficiency
Timber engineering experience
3D modelling software experience
Project site visits and inspections
Nice-to-have
Experience with mass timber structures
Parametric design tools usage
Multinational team collaboration
Mentoring junior engineers
Digital fabrication and material testing
Working with complex geometry
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related
P.Eng, P.E. or SE certification is an asset
At least 2 years structural engineering experience
Preferred 1 year timber engineering experience
Experience with Canadian, American, European codes
Experience with seismic design in Canada/USA or abroad
