Job Summary
The Production Supervisor leads the daily work flow on his/her respective manufacturing cell, oversees the production process, achieves quality and production objectives, and ensures compliance with Quality System requirements and International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Ensures on time delivery by effectively managing throughput, productivity, and staffing level, and provides employees with the training and tools needed improve efficiency and productivity.
Executes timely completion of annual performance reviews including regularly completing employee scorecards, following up on progress with one-on-one with each employee at least quarterly, and revising and/or adjusting goals as necessary.
