Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Three years directing governmental/military operations
  • One year emergency planning/response experience
  • ICS 100, 200, 300, 400 certifications preferred
  • Residency in Wayne, Craven, Carteret, Lenoir, Pamlico, or Greene counties
