Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in related discipline or trade experience or equivalent
4 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating
6 months of on-site experience preferred
Successfully led pursuits valued at up to $25 million
General construction knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of bid preparation principles
Understanding of compensation models and market conditions
