Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Two years of scheduling experience
Proficiency with medical practice software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS coding
Understanding of insurance plans and worker's compensation
Bi-lingual in Spanish
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Medical terminology knowledge may be required
Experience in physician office or hospital scheduling
