Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Minimum five years post-graduate clinical experience
Experience in education or clinical facilitation roles
Ability to work flexibly across four hospital sites
Nice-to-have
Existing relationships with university placement teams
Post-graduate qualifications in nursing or clinical education
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Passion for mentoring and educational excellence
Key Requirements
