Serve as a primary contact and act as a Company Ambassador by accurately diagnosing service issues and business requested needs.
Actively monitor and track all activities in a central Web enable database (Quickbase) and schedule installations, exchanges, parts buy-backs or removals of equipment or other assets.
Create and maintain partnerships with customers, clients or third-party service providers by establishing common goals, objectives and performance target requirements.

Salary
Base: $64,700 - $77,600; Bonus/Equity: 7.5% Annual Incentive; Benefits: Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits

Key Requirements
2 years in customer facing role
