Job Summary
This position supports a face-paced, multi-value stream factory requiring the ability to operate in a challenging and dynamic environment.
The role involves facilitating cross-functional teams for failure analysis, Root Cause and Corrective Action investigations, and leading Corrective Action Boards.
Candidates will receive a 3rd shift differential of 12% for working hours from 10:00pm to 6:30am.

Salary
Base: $86,800 - $165,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and relocation assistance provided.
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in STEM field
Five years quality or engineering experience
AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality management systems
Active DoD Secret security clearance
Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspections
Ability to obtain ATF clearance

Leading cross-functional teams in audits
Product/Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis
Advanced Product Quality Planning experience
Production Part Approval Process knowledge
Microsoft Visio proficiency
ASQ Certifications preferred
Key Requirements
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
Active transferable DoD Secret clearance on day one
Must obtain ATF clearance prior to start date
