Base: $250,000 - $350,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: MD stipend and bonus eligible plus variable pay programs; Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401k match, paid leave, and CE allowance

Must-have
Board certified or residency trained specialist
DVM degree from accredited university
State licensure in good standing
Leadership and team mentoring capabilities
Strategic planning and budgeting skills

Key Requirements
