Job Summary

Design AI-enabled operating models: workflow playbooks with decision trees, quality checkpoints, and escalation protocols.
Partner with Compliance to ensure workflows support MLR review requirements, adverse event reporting obligations, and promotional/non-promotional guidelines.

Base: $176,600.00 - $294,300.00; Bonus/Equity: 20.0% bonus target and long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), paid time off, health benefits
