Must-have
Safe operation of lift trucks and pallet jacks
Accurate data entry into SAP ERP system
Strict adherence to GMP and food safety regulations
Physical lifting up to 45 lbs unassisted
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
Nice-to-have
Advanced quality or food safety certifications
Experience with SQF and HACCP acronyms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated history of good attendance
Knowledge of 5S methodology
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years food manufacturing experience
Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle
Ability to obtain Class I-V lift truck certification
Successful completion of drug screen and background check
