Key Requirements
Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine
Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate
Early Phase Oncology/ Haematology trial monitoring experience
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Australia
Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
