Job Summary

  • Partner across shifts and collaborator groups to lead day-to-day SHE activities, including incident response and investigations.
  • Implement, review, and improve the North Ryde Safety Management System to meet legal obligations and AZ standards, uplifting compliance and ways of working.
  • Coach and mentor partners in SHE systems and processes, design and deliver engaging training, and coordinate external RTOs as needed.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in comparable SHE role
  • WHS qualifications (Cert IV and Diploma)
  • Certified incident investigation (ICAM or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian SHE legislation
  • Handling high-risk work and permits
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
