Job Summary
Partner across shifts and collaborator groups to lead day-to-day SHE activities, including incident response and investigations.
Implement, review, and improve the North Ryde Safety Management System to meet legal obligations and AZ standards, uplifting compliance and ways of working.
Coach and mentor partners in SHE systems and processes, design and deliver engaging training, and coordinate external RTOs as needed.

Key Requirements
5 years' experience in comparable SHE role
WHS qualifications (Cert IV and Diploma)
Certified incident investigation (ICAM or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of Australian SHE legislation
Handling high-risk work and permits
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
