As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide 2:1, person-centred support to a young individual with autism, a learning disability, and epilepsy, while leading and mentoring the team to ensure consistently high-quality care.
The role includes delivering care, creating a safe and structured environment, driving the service user’s vehicle to community activities, and supporting team training and professional development.
