Key Requirements

  • Transport Paramedic Training Program and Preceptorship completion
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license
  • Certified by the State of Ohio as an EMT-Paramedic
  • BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS, and trauma course completion
  • NCH Critical Care drug and IV Opioid, Hypnotic, Sedative, and Anticonvulsant test completion
  • One-Two years of experience as an EMT-Paramedic
  • One year of experience in a pediatric emergency department
