  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations, and ensure compliance with Belgian labour laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the Global OCTR process locally and provide dotted line management for the local HR team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
